[Volunteers_fosm] FOSM Draft Bylaws and Policies for membership review

FOSM Membership,

In an effort to streamline our governing documents to reflect how we do
business,
attached you'll find the final draft versions of our revised Bylaws and
Policies.
The Bylaws have never been revised since the original, in 1997.
The new documents were approved by the Board on Thursday August 7.
The next step is to have them reviewed by the membership.
They will be formally voted on at our October 7 Annual Meeting.
