[Volunteers_fosm] hats

Hey Everyone!
Jenny gave me a couple of hats that were given out in the past to
volunteers. (See attached pictures) I'm trying to find out how they came to
be, where the design might be, what they were given out for, etc.

If you have any knowledge about them please let me know.
