[Volunteers_fosm] hats

[Louis Romero]

FOSM was awarded the National FS volunteer award and Crystal Powell bought
a supply and were given to FOSM members. I still have 2, one well used and
the other still new. I think Julie would know more about how/where they
were ordered.
