[Volunteers_fosm] New graffiti tags painted over by Fred Hagstrom, May 13

Hello Everyone,

Fred Hagstrom found new graffiti tags at La Luz Trailhead only a few days after FOSM volunteers had removed all the tags there.

The attached Word document reports the new tags that Fred painted over.
