Would you like to learn the nuts and bolts of historic preservation? Come learn the answers to questions like:

 

What constitutes historic character?

Why should it be preserved?

How do I maintain my house’s historic character?

How do I get the NM 50% tax credit for renovating historic structures?

What are the NM and National historic registers?

What parts of Nob Hill are listed in the historic register?

Can we get additional areas listed?
