Attached is the latest draft of the Transmission Developer Selection Process Procedures.  Changes discussed during our January 25th call have been incorporated, and the document is now ready for your thorough review.  Please review the document and provide any comments or redline edits within the document.  Please return your comments and edits to me by Friday, February 17th.  I will compile all comments/edits received and will distribute the compiled feedback ahead of our next call, scheduled for Wednesday, February 22nd from 8-10am PST/9-11am MST.
