[LWVNM Action] Ranked choice voting in Georgia's November 2020 election RE: Convention item

Again, in Albuquerque City elections, candidates do not run by party.  
The LWV CNM discussion will be relevant for City elections and NOT for 
State elections.  Comparing GA Senate Races with Albuquerque City 
contests is like comparing death and child birth.

In the elections for Mayor in Santa Fe and Las Cruces, Ranked Choice 
Voting save voters time and tax payers money.
