Good morning.
Rafting flows on the Rio Chama will be the same this weekend as they've
been most of the summer. Releases will increase to 800 cfs on Friday
morning from El Vado. They will again be reduced on Sunday.
FYI, I've already had some requests for information on the Labor Day
weekend Aug. 30-Sept. 1. We will be increasing releases to 800 cfs on
Friday and continuing them through Monday morning to allow those on the
river to reach the take out point Monday afternoon before flows drop.
