[NMCycling] Cyclist hit-and-run by truck in Tiejeras Canyon

There were 65,000 Isuzu Rodeos sold in the US total.  It would be
reasonable to expect there are maybe 100 of them in the Albuquerque area.
Maybe 30 of matching color.  One with very specific front end damage.

What - is their schedule booked solid with shooting homeless people?  They
need to get off their lazy asses and do some actual police work.
