Regarding the CABQ ABC-Zone (Comp Plan) proposed changes, I read through the Plan Element Chapter 11- Heritage Conservations and could not see anything specific regarding preserving Route 66 heritage through Nob Hill. Mostly it said what State and County designation could not do.
I know there are some experts subscribing to this list. Any ideas about options? Is a federal designation the way to go?

Given the stated plans for ART, moving on this sooner seems better than later.
