AS if all the auto break ins were not enough a friend who lives at Silver and Dartmouth told me someone cut the fuel lines from the gas tank on their van last week, one night, after Earth Day.  It was not to drain the fuel but to stop them from driving apparently.  We are still trying to assess this one.  They are politically active in the environmental and nuclear movement work.
