[Neighbors] Lead-Coal Safety: Rest In Red

During RIR active hours I’ve noticed some drivers on Coal running the light at Walter because it’s pretty obvious that it’s changing to stop speeding and not because there’s a car on Walter waiting. So the bad drivers run it anyway.
