[NMCCSC] Clarification on Ellis Parking Lot in Sandias

Just remembered....the forest service did plow both the upper and lower
parking lots at 10 this morning. Yet there was a little more snow
accumulation after that.

The parking lot was not bad. Where a couple cars had problems was at the
entrance,  both entering and leaving. The one entering cut it too close to
the side, into deeper snow.
