[Volunteers_fosm] Report for Thursday, September 30

Hello everyone,
A little belated, but here's a report for a unique session the trail-building crew had last Thursday. We met Kerry Wood and Russell Berman at Dry Camp to learn about and practice using a griphoist, a tool which can help us move heavy objects. We were joined by members of the Sandia Nordic Ski Club: regular Thursday-crew members Jeff Huser and Steve Roholt, and SNSC President (and FOSM member) Scott Dietrich. These guys will use the griphoist to pull out stumps where they're working on improving the (newly-official) cross-country ski trail loops higher on the mountain.
The other volunteers were Jenny Blackmore, Phil Cromer, Byron Garner, Bruce Hansche, Jim Houle, Rich Miller, and Rav Nicholson.
