[Volunteers_fosm] Trail work report for 7/27 and 8/3

Ladies and gentlemen... (drumroll)...  The Challenge Trail extension is complete!  FOSM has been taking part in this endeavor since August 2021, and we couldn't be more thrilled to have arrived at this moment. To celebrate, the FS is planning a ribbon-cutting ceremony, likely this month, so stay tuned!
In the meantime, see the attached Special Double Issue report from the trail construction crew's final two Thursdays on the extension. We'll take care of a little more "cleanup" work there this week, but the Challenge Trail is now open from end to end, Ellis Trailhead to Bill Spring Trail. Huzzah!
